We stayed at this place for one night during a stopover and were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious and comfortable experience. The location here is great, tucked away in a nice quiet area that provided a peaceful atmosphere, especially at night. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond after we had a fuel spillage on our clothes, ensuring they were cleaned and ready for us to wear for the weekend. The rooms were clean and the availability of amenities like air conditioning and ironing facilities really enhanced our stay. Additionally, the outdoor garden area was exquisite and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind.

The room I stayed in at Sarum Lodge was clean and comfortable, with quality bedding that ensured a good night's rest. The breakfast offered was also better than other lodges I've experienced in Zimbabwe. I will definitely consider returning for short stays in the future, although the room size may be a bit cramped for longer stays.
The location of Sarum Lodge on the main route passing through Harare made it a convenient choice. However, it's worth noting that finding the lodge can be challenging due to closed roads in the area.

The staff were really friendly and made us feel at home right away. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of local dishes and fresh juice. We also loved the comfy beds and the lovely gardens that were perfect for a stroll.
There were a few things that we didn't like. The bathroom didn't have any ventilation and the room was a bit basic, missing little amenities like bedside lights and a luggage rack.
